We have created the below pre- and post-treatment instructions to help you prepare for your treatment, as well as what to expect at each stage of your recovery.

Reservation Deposit:

To secure your consultation appointment, we require a $100 deposit. This deposit acts as a reservation fee and ensures that your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you.

Flexible Application:

The $100 deposit can be applied towards your chosen treatment or products. This means that if you decide to proceed with a treatment or purchase products, the deposit will be deducted from the total cost.

No Treatment Option:

For patients who opt not to proceed with treatment after their consultation, the $100 deposit can still be applied toward any products they wish to purchase at My Aesthetics Intelligence (MAI). This allows our clients to explore our range of skincare and aesthetic products while ensuring that their deposit is utilized effectively.

Pricing Discussion:

As each treatment need is customized, pricing will be discussed during your initial consultation. Our experienced aesthetician, Annie, will assess your individual concerns and goals, and provide you with a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. During this consultation, Annie will also discuss the costs associated with each treatment option, ensuring full transparency and clarity regarding pricing.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly provide us with a minimum of 48 hours' notice to enable us to accommodate other patients. Please note that for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, a $100 fee will be incurred. However, if you cancel or reschedule your appointment before the 48-hour mark, no fees will be incurred.
